Belt with 10 Archer Speed?

Hi guys, if i didnt dream this i think i saw a belt with 10% archery speed on it, do any1 know of such a item? as i could use it

It's probably before all items with casting speed, melee speed or archery speed got nerfed because they changed cap from 25% to 10%.

Highest archery speed I've seen was 2% unless the quest jewel (something like sun diamond or something like that) has 4% archery speed for archers. All higher than 2% is on artifacts.
