Belt of Sun?

Has it been bugged the last days? Ive been camping 3h 2days in a row and no pop. Heard from another player that he had been doing the same and no pop. What is the spwnrate of the thingy?

it only spawns in the day and it spawns on 1 of the 3 islands
so if u only camp 1 island u may have no luck

Tried to get Sun belt yesterday but only got to do Moon Encounter twice :|

Did the BoS encounter this morning around 12...

did encounter nine times now,three times solo.

from my exp it takes the encount somewhere between 40 minutes and three hours to respawn.
and indeed i noticed that if the enc spawns during night its the moon belt and visa versa.
