Best way to hit cap whit a BB ?
What are the caps of a BB ?

40nur moa2 25% buffing .. ?

If u use all yellow base and spec buffs and moa3 and 25% buff u cap all except str base, u'll miss like 5 pts or something. So spec to yellow specs get moa3 and 25% buff and u'll can if u just use the red base str buff..

BUT, when NF comes MOA is no longer with us, so spec for red specs aswell imo
