BB account

I'm finnaly thinkng of getting an bb account. but waht is the minimum spec for that to run smooth?

my current comp are
barton 2800+
512 MB Ram
Geforce 6600 GT

is this enough memory and power to have an bb account running at same time?.

Also what should i buy. Should i Buy box with up to toa expansion, or should i buy up to Catacmobs expansion. I intend to use The BB mostly in RvR.

so either Up to ToA expansion
or catacombs expansion.

Get more RAM. 1GB is good, more wont hurt. With your system I'd log BB in on a totally different client with minimized GFX and resolution, and maybe even located on another HD. But fix the RAM issue asap!

But best choice is to get another computer, I snatched an old 700MHz piece of crap from work, works like a charm with ToA client

And definitely get Catacombs, it's not that much more expensive than only ToA. You'll regret having only ToA if you need to get some stuff from Cata.

for rvr you will need more ram me thinks....might get away with it in pve zones on toa client tho

Def need more RAM imo - even on TOA client - especially if you run Cata client on main acc. Reckon at least 1g RAM and def stick to TOA where possible as your client - also if you are just leaving it parked up use /clientsleep thingy as well to ease the situation on the bb acc.

Best thing is use oldest gfx engine you can on both accounts for smoothest results.
