Battler only avaliable as Str Version on Mid?

Just activated Battler, wanted the Dex version... VoS is gimped. Any way to change it to Dex?

Edit: Wanted the Dex version on a Hammer, since Seers cant use swords.

Anyhow, you can't change it. There is str/con and str/dex versions only.

I think it would be nice tbh, the charge would give the healer more defence against melee and arrow attacks, as well as helping out melee classes in group by debuffing the enemies that are close

An Artifact Scholar has been added to each realm's Hall of Heroes (Artifact Scholar Jarron, Artifact Scholar Alaria and Artifact Scholar Elmer). These NPCs will allow a trade-in of certain artifact weapons for another version of that weapon. These weapons are Battler, Malice, Spear of Kings, Golden Spear, Traitor’s Dagger, Croc Tooth Dagger and Bruiser.

They always start testing soon after they released one patch. This won't be much quicker than the others.
