Battleground scing bonus levels

cant remember how to calculate the bonus level when scing gear for bg's
anyone got a link or the formula for it. searched my old computer for the link to vn thread but the post wasnt there anymore and cant find any info by searching google

Post it? I am using GearBunnies because I mainly play BGs and it shows the bonus lvl on sc

It is a real shame because I like the program, but the item database is horrible. Any template program around these days with an updated db?
