Battlefield 1942 Demo Servers

Are there any?, if so where can they be found, I have looked on the barrysworld server lists and cant find this game listed anywhere.

I was thinking of getting a payed subscription, but as this is the only game im interested in I need to know if it is supported first.

Server 1 is the most populated. You need to be a subscriber to access them.

LOL excellent, I have just subsribed and downloaded the barry bar, but I cant see battlefield 1942 listed anywhere

So where exactly do you go to find out stuff like this? Is it supplied on the BW site someplace that I couldn't find or is it in one of the application things that I don't use?

download and use barrylogon

then either find the servers in the ingame browser or use ASE

Gock. Well this is no good. Apparently this whole BarryLogin business (BarryBusiness) only works with ASE, which is annoying since I don't like it much for a number of reasons (such as the uninstall thing not working properly and the fact that if I refresh a large batch of servers in one go it seems to often render my connection entirely unusable for a few minutes after finishing, which is something I don't understand at all.)
Despite what the information on the BarryLogin thing says, it just doesn't seem to work with GameSpy.

For BF1942 I use the in game browser; just stick the IP into the add server box and hit join. It saves the last IP you added so you don't end up typing em in very often.

Ok so it's a bit old fashioned but works for me

I've got two shortcuts on my desktop to both of the servers, I'll post the stuff you need to put in if anyone's interested.

on the in game browser for BF if you look where it says filter.. see that bit? well just type in barrysworld and hit enter and it will list only the barrys servers..if barrys servers are empty also try jolt, eauk and gamesdomain... but you are best off sticking to the BW servers, far better class of people there
