Anyone know the best way to get the level 35 version of this? I've been farming level 34 Exploding Snotlings as well as the Gnoblars and Orges in reikland but have only got fireworks and kegs to drop.

Do the Hero Orges in the frontier drop them, maybe with a higher drop rate?

Would really like to get my hands on at least one but it is christmas so dont have loads of time to waste on it!

Want to know if you can use the DoT without having the cloak equipped, so if anyone knows... ^^

I got mine from a lvl 34 snotling.

Yes, just need to put in on qb without wearing it, to use it.

I heard rumors that they only drop off level apropriate mobs?
Is this true? Or do they drop from any event mob in T4?
Because I can, obviously, farm 32 Snotlings a lot faster then I can farm the higher ones...

I have been lucky to have 3 drop. 2 in Tier 2 and 1 in Tier 3. All off Snotlings. But i know they have come from all mobs. Trolls, orges and snotlings.

Not been farming or anything i guess just been lucky.

I got one off some level 34 snotlings at level 40 so its any mob doesn't have to con to you!
