Barrysworld League Quake3 CTF: Rules, Maps, Team sizes, Day(s)?

Many clans need to start preparing and in some cases recruiting. Can we please have information or at least thoughts on Barrysworld League Quake3 CTF rules, maps, team sizes and what the possible league day(s) are?

I intened to give you something tangible to have a look at by end of next week, though hopefully sooner.

Sorry for the delay but we are trying to go live with all our leagues at the same time, and there is a lot of work involved in this.
