how on earth do i make a SC Template, ive got the progs etc + the armour to do it on, but no idea how to make a template cappin evrythin etc lol help

just stick what stats you want on which bit of armor, put your items in their respective slots, neckie, rings etc and away you go.
print off the config report and materials list and email them to your SC'er. Job done.
Btw do the SI ring and bracer quest, 3 great items that should fit anyones prospective template
