Bard leveling, Bard RvR spec.

Hi, i would like some advice on the most useful leveling spec, and the most useful RvR spec, and preferably one that has a way of getting from the PvE spec, to the RvR spec, in 1 respec

Also, are bards really popular in groups? I thought they would be because they have a powerchant, and can heal people too, is this really useful?

For end spec

43 nurture 20 regrowth 44 Music 10 blunt

Best alround spec last AE mezz and DD Speed 5 First insta AE mezz and good ish heals and can mellee if last resort

OR

43 nurture 16 regrowth 47Music 5 blunt

Mezzer spec last AE mezz and DD Speed 5 Best insta AE mezz and Crap heals cant mellee for Sh!t

OR

43 nurture 33 regrowth 37 Music 5 blunt

Healer spec Second best AE mezz and DD Speed 5 First insta AE mezz and Great heals nearly on par with druids cant mellee for Sh!t

As a hib dont BGs there full of albs and mids

As lvling keep nurture at lvl rest into regrowth and respec regrowth into music
