Banning users that make pointless threads

IF you're gonna ban users for making pointless and aggravating threads......doesn't that make Embittered (sorry Embattled) top of the list for bannings?

He's been at it for years now....back in the days when barrysworld was a ZX Spectrum hooked up to the intarweb by means of 2 bean cans and a bit of string.
