Band of Ilmenite. Help!

Im looking for this bracer, ive been in DM for the last few hours killing various mobs, named and normal.

Has anyone got a spare one to sell? or does anyone know what type of mob this drops off. full mob name needed if possible.

The only mob I've seen drop one of those is a Granite giant Oracle so you'll need some friends to try and get one.

if its the ring one(dont know of any bracer)its quite common (not that anyone hunt in dm anymore tho) drops from most mobs (con blue+ atl vl50) and most nameds. the cloff nameds seem to drop it more then the others. so take right way as u enter dartmoor. (most nameds on that track is cloth nameds) never seen it have that high int but it might be something new in the last 3patches

qua91% indicates only oracles/elders +moran drops it if im not mistaken.
