Bainshee Template

Im currently working on a bainshee, but need an okish template for it.

Does anyone know of a bainshee template that doesnt have impossible items in it? i.e no 60plat items

I guess it needs to have JS, ES and CL weap as musts

Why not just check whatever mage Template and change it some if needed for the Bainshee, it's still a mage.
