Bainshee : 36% power + usual toys

This template was made myself, out of not wanting to use just a typical caster template which always seems to be the same. Main thing is I didn't want kraken/levi items cos i cba to farm for days, and I wanted a bit more PP than the usual 27/28%.

Magic Damage is 9%, which AFAIK is the highest you can get. Lots of temps have 10% with the SOM boots, which is incorrect as the SOM boots give only PVE magic damage, as do lots of other non artifact items.

Could definetly be better, but tried to use items already available to me, without making it too hard to get :)

Haven't tried this suite yet in RvR as i'm still levelling my Bainshee.

Comments always welcome, and hopefully somebody finds it useful :)

One thing I would ask, is how much dmg could I potentiolly gain from having an extra 8 SG in the template?

no need for heat above 15%, wizzy will just debuff + pierce it all away calcs look like this:

21% - 15% debuff = 6%

6% - 10% (or even 5% pierce) = 0-1% heat remaining.

with 15% heat resists calc looks like this:

15% - 15% = 0%

0% - 10% pierce = 0% still (pierce can only debuff what is there)

so you can play with sc a bit, take away that 7% heat and get +skill

not many templates around that still use tart as it is massively insuperior to champion staff, mostly due to champ staves having 12m re-use instead of 15m and champ weapons also having massively reduced repair costs.

lastly, bain doesn't need massive pp. this is due to very low power cost on SG dd. focusing more on hp would have been a better option. just my opinion

If bainshee DD is less power, then I might have a rethink. With all the tools for powerregen too (staff,sash,mcl,pots), does seem a bit pointless getting loads more power pool.

Good point about repair prices though, did 2% earlier on my chanter's TG was 700g :eek6:

Aye please, no one put heat resists in.. cause that then means a tic can come and focus nuke or Levi you for stupid damage :D

There more then just 1 class using heat and not all can debuff, you have to remember that. And if they become more popular you are going to have to redo sc

get 11SG
my temp has 18(?) power pool and never run oop, temp has jacina/champ staff , powpot in backpack, also have mcl1 as only power ra

21% here and no mcl, barrel champstaff/sash
