Hottest sauce i've had so far has been one that was 2 chillies, one was scotch bonnets which are a step below pepper spray and MACE.

Hottest Chilli i've ever eaten was one my mates mum dared me to eat, was this little short black chilli that had a rather overpowering odour, well I bit down on it and I swear all the moisture in my body dried up in that moment..I ate it though, I thought it was well tasty!

That sites missing the 16 million reserve sauce btw.

Heard some reports about that Blair's 3AM btw - NEVER EVER put it on your tongue, you *have* to dilute it unless you fancy walking around like the elephant man for a week.

Encona chili sauce is made out of scotch bonnets, apprently the worlds strongest pure breed chili.

You can cut off a 1mm cubed piece and you'll feel the heat for 5+ minutes afterwards. I'll tell you what though, they're my favourite chili because of their flavour, not their strength...

Can be bought in sainsburies, found it in 3 now, each time it's in the sauce section above the frozen stuff

the gf has the encona stuff on EVERYTHING she eats, bacon mash pasta fish, fkin everything, and i mean she doesnt just put a bit on either.....

i cant even put a tiny bit on the end of my tongue without wanting to puke

you do get used to it tbh when i first started out cooking for myself i was used to really bland food because the female parent didn't like spicy stuff but not i love hot food jalapeno peppers, tabasco sauce etc

i actually have some pepper spray and am tempted to put that on some food but i dont know what chemicals they use in it, i mean its not just pepper sauce in there lol.
