bah need help :/

i used some spy ware removal thing cos every time i opened up any web site i got bout 30+ pop ups. the problem now though is that i cant start up and programs i double click on the item and nothing happens :/

What version of windows are you using?
What spyware remover did you use and do you know exactly what it removed?

If you're using ME or XP try doing a system restore to roll back to an earlier time. Start->Run->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools. Pick a highlighted date on the calendar when the computer was working properly and follow the instructions on the window. It won't delete anything and you won't lose any work but if you've installed or uninstalled anything since the date you choose you'll need to do it again.

system restore cannot work until i have restarted the computer. just keeps saying that and i tryed restarting the computer i need to run it in safe mode or summet?

go safe mode is always best bet.
if you are going to use spyware removers use ones recommended like adware

i use this Spybot - Search & Destroy and i got windows me :/ and i cant do a system rewind thingy because i havent made any back ups

k i installed windows xp and it works fine now :>
