Due to some issues with creating the servers Game.net are currently unable to provide servers on them anyhow! as bigfoot puts it:

if its the CD issues, someone found something for it:

DISABLE BOTS!!!

It works without a CD when you specifically add this to your CFG-do it before and after your vstr m1 or map dm_xxx to make sure it sticks:

// No BOTs
seta bot_enable "0"
seta bot_minplayers "0"

This definately doesn't work. I've tried it before and after vstr1, on the server command line, and before every map in each of the map rotation lines and it still wants the CD.
