when i do the sprouts at xmas, i halve them, then boil them in a frying pan with bacon. it's top.

Agreed, takes all the bitterness away. The only way i'll eat the little fart bombs now. Can't for the life of me remember the Chef who did this on TV years ago, might have been Floyd.
