Backing Up Friends List

Does anyone know if/how its possible to back up my friends list (without having to write them down ).
Can't seem to see a file that might hold them as a list in the camelot folder and I'm thinking of formatting later.

it is, if you log on someone else's char/acc, then its their friends list u got and not ur own.
