Back ingame and items gone... info please :)

hellos aint played daoc for ages.. back ingame now on my 2nd acc and my ani and druids items have gone walkabout.


tried sift through right now for info on how to get items back.. cba sifting through 136k posts (new posts made since i last came these boards)

so can any1 please direct me to page/website where i can sort the problem please..

friend told me ages ago when it 1st happened i can get my items back.. so all and any info on how to do so would be great.
