Well guys, what do you think about the *supected* cheating of a few of the top American Tribes?
Do you think the 'hubble' is already in Europe?
And what do you reckon we could do about it?

its a pathetic ploy aimed at Nutz in particular. That thread is I mean.

not saying there isnt cheating thats not my point...the TW threads are full of bullshit as per usual.

cheats in most online games...its lame - full stop.

Don't be in denial! The cheats exist and yes euro's and UK peeps use them, you'd be a complete twat to think otherwise!

I have had my "theories" of who cheats and who doesn't but as to proof that is the hard part.

3 things you must remember

1. As long as people can cheat, some will

2. Just coz they are "respected" players don't assume they don't!

3. Most important!!! Some people aren't cheating and they deserve respect when they get a good shot on you so to this i prupose that instead of typing "good shot" or "woohoo" etc... just type in "gs" that way the cheaters can beleive it means "Good Script" and the non cheaters can take it as "Good Shot"

But these guys using the cheats still have to aim right? I know it sux but people will always try and get an unfair advantage, we can only hope Dynamix or whoever stay on top of it.

In this stage of Tribes life I'm more concerned this sort of thing won't easily port over to T2.

I'm not a triber per se, dabbled in it, enjoy it, looking forward to t2 etc. (Xtro knows me, I've harassed him before :D *waves*)

Having played cs for a bit, (but not recently cos of bloody uni), I'm well aware of the constant "cheating" accusations that fly around. Personally, I've taken it as a complement, cos I've never cheated and a couple of times I've been accused, (like most folks, I'd imagine).

Anyway I digress...

I suggest you adopt the stance that I and most of my clan have: "Hmm he got me... nice kill." Ignore it, unless you're 100% sure that the person is cheating right there and then, say nothing. I know it's frustrating, but it has to be done.

Either that, or the uk tribes scene will decend into farce :(

I'd love to know who's cheating. That's too lame. Scripts are for chumps. I need none of that. If you got a good shot off and killed me, I let you know "nice shot" or something like that, but if you fly into the air and unload all of your mines, grenades, and fire discs all at once, you're called a "f_ckin chump a_sed script b_tch!".

I dont have a real problem with the scripts many of us use, including the aiming script thingy, If you cant aim we all need to pity you, however I do have a problem with the fog cheats etc
