Avalon group - again.

So, another group is moving hib/avalon. This time the Savage Conclave guild group ( also known as Team Savage within the guild, other group is Team Conclave )

Planned xping hours will be roughly something like this:

tuesday, wednesday, thursday and perhaps saturday/sunday from 20-24. We will also do longer stretches in the weekend day hours when we can.

What we are looking for is someone who:

- Arent a complete noob in rvr, hence rvr experience other than just mindless zerging.
- Have patience and are ready to do the pve nescesarry to get the group ready for rvr. Show intrest and dedication in getting things done - take initiave.
- No shitty computer/internet connection please.. its a zergy server.

Groupsetup will most likely be tank heavy but its still under discussion on our board.

At the moment we are only 6 people that are moving there so we need 2 more. If you want to join us, then PM me here on these boards and write a little about youself. If you dont recieve an answer you havent been included in the group

Hm I can understand why those established already are concerned if they new comers could make so there wouldnt be enough rvr for all. This was something I was thinking about when I first proposed this to the group. However, the lack of alternatives really only forwards hib/avalon to be the only viable solution.. :

- High pop server
- Underpopulated server meaning faster lvling from freebies and more opponents in rvr?
- Established ppl there we know and can borrow fop chars for lvling - got 2 irl m8's who have inactive accounts there with ani/chanter/fop warden which we can activate and borrow
- More english speaking players so the basic for a good and active alliance

That, and most ( if not all I believe ) would like to play hib. Joining a realm ( alb ) who holds 45% of the server population arent an option.. And we choose not to go mid for obvious reasons.

Any suggestions are welcome, and let the applications keep coming

Even tho there are 329485832532 albs on Avalon 99% of those albs are in one big zerg at x keep which i'm sorry to say isnt all that farmable.
The ammount of hib fg's roaming are FAR more than any ammount of alb or mid groups roaming.

Sure, now and then you encounter the odd 3 - 4 fg random albs/mids which you actually can kill but mostly theres just hibs hibs hibs hibs etc.......

From what i have seen from RvR on avalon atm, all fighting in frontier is mostly in alb land, mids and hibs always own keeps in alb. Albs has no direction, no leaders, they just fool around like a zerge. Full alb high rr grps actually spread out when encountering a fg of lvl 20-25's. Thidranki is always zerged by hibs. I have no clue why hibs get underpop bonus, atleast from the fights i have seen. And now, there's even more hibs inc that just needs to get to 50 and ml'd and toa'd.

It's tough enough the game language of Avalon being in German, but the players all speak German too... thus meaning the social aspect of being part of the server/realm would be a nightmare.

Sounds terrible, unless you happen to speak German? I can't see how that community would be much fun.

Any way you look at this, it's another big blow for Midgard as a realm.

Indeed, I've never encounted a German yet who didn't at least try speaking english when I said I didn't understand german. They are not like the French xD
