Auto redialing probs for downloading?

I am using Gozilla for my downloading and was wondering if anyones sussed out how to get your pc to redial your connection when its been cut off? I am using Btfree and want to be able to do large downloads unattended, but when i get cut off after 2 hours, when i use the internet options "dial whenever a network connection is not present" it immediately tries to redial without giving modem (external) chance to disconnect and tells me that modems busy?!
Is there any way of making your pc wait before trying to reconnect?
Any advice/tips would be much appreciated,

Yah, there is an option in


Press Alt+o
(easyer than menus)

then go to the dial-up networking tab.

in there you have connection options.

as in retry delay. choose dial-up connection
etc
