Has anyone played this on the PS2? I know Jas (or someone at Ferrago) has, I'm reading it at the moment. Thinking of buying it when I get back next week, and was looking for an opinion.

rent it dont buy it. its fun in 2player mode but thats it. there are rumours going about that when ps2 finaly gets broadband thingie the multiplayer version will be released.

I bought it on the Game 10day moneyback guaruntee when it just came out.
It's alright but it lacks some basic features...
There is annoying clipping all the way through the game which tends to get annoying..
The main fault has to be the car handling though, its very odd and it just doesnt come anywhere near GT3.
The range of cars is good and the customisation features are good fun. The trouble is most of the modifications fail to make much difference to the overall handling of the cars and are pretty much looks related only.
The game just doesnt compare at all to GT3 and I dont think it warrants the cash. Online features would be a plus but I wouldnt play it even with those. I want my driving games to have good handling first and foremost, this game lacks that and GT3 has bucketloads of it so I will be sticking with GT3.
