Anyone else finding this server is having a break?

I've just created an account and installed the game so no idea if its a general issue or something specific to me.

Symtoms:
I can't login my new account on Warhammer Online : Age of Reckoning. Was fine when I created it this morning.

I can't send a help email?! Error code 1103

I can't login to patch up the game.
