[HELP] Authentication Failed. Please re-enter your login credentials

I hope I'm not alone in suffering this problem. When I try to access the Mythic Patcher I get the "Authentication Failed. Please re-enter your login credentials" even though I have used the account to enter my headstart code and bonus item code? I haven't received any emails from GOA(have checked spam folder too) Bit miffed as I booked day off work to play this

You will receive e-mail confirmations when everything is in order. Make sure you typed in the correct details when registering the headstart code, and double check your e-mail addresses, as people have reported getting the confirmation e-mails on another address than what they typed on the headstart form.
