Aura of Kings

Both SoK and SotM have Aura of Kings as /use2... But on VoS it says that SotM has 4% and SoK 5%, are these correct, as I thought it was essentially the same effect? Also saw that bards can use SoK, is this correct? SoK procs a lot I hear so it would be nice spare weapon for Bard with the aura and the proc

as with cloudsong, u cant run an aura if u have a song up

afaik if you play speed after using sok (or any other) aura you will keep the effect but lose the icon, not sure on that though. and sotm gives a buff, so yes it does stack with sok aura

You can't run them yourself, but if some1 else runs it you do get the benefits afaik.

The same applies for Bains magic ablative/ pulse pb and CS and ment charm and CS btw.

So Scepter is a buff and SoK is an aura? Just talked to guildies about this and they said the same as Reno, so SoK isn't a good choice for Bards.
