you see now thats the problem, i agree you're well within your rights to keep the staff - but

Hmm well last one I sold here was 1.5 plat, which was a top bargain for the buyer. But I knew the risk and and I had my expenses covered.
Anyways, 2 plat is still a reasonable price for this type of staff.

Yes, 2p isn't unreasonable, but frankly I'm not too fussed about the grand total of 1% damage I'm missing by using a 99% staff and saving 1.7p by doing so

No but the extra 4 imbue points might make all the differnce in your scing templete.

About the price
Im doing a Excel-spreadsheet on all the lvl 51 staffs I make....(started a week ago) since that time I lost 1.4p by selling 99% staffs for 250g and 350g (the 5.5 or the 5.0) one...so 2p for the MP sounds fair to me...(oh and I found out that MP is 2-4% so far and 99% is around 15% of all tries)
And I think its time to raise my prices on the 99% stuff
