Attention so called server GM's...

Arent you suppose to help the server population while the servers are in this bad condition? I mean for 4 night in a row, there's NO game master or whatsoever employed handling the servers and giving the server folks any good feedback. Fuck we have to write u several emails and wait days b4 getting a bullshit standard answer..

Myself, I work at an internet broker in sweden, at their customer service actully, and I fucking know what good service is, excuse my choice of language but im pretty pissed off..

GET in there ON the servers and make us suffer less. make it easier for us to live with the lag, You'r maybe not realizing that your daily losing customers to other games (WoW) cough. God break some rules to make us happy, a happy customer is a good customer.

I took a three day break because of the lag,got so pissed with it.I came back last night for a little rvr and some fight's i saw nothing of because the lag was so bad.
You guys cannot afford this with warcraft just round the corner! I don't care if the problem is with opentransit and not your servers,it is for you to talk to them and tell them how there poor service is hurting your game and your customer base,it is for us to complain to you about the problem,though frankly i am getting beyond it now,i want to play here but it's not relaxing it's just frustrating.

some of the other mmorpg's actually have GM's that are online all the time. i know it can be frustrating for GM's if people dont respect them by asking silly questions about this and that, but even so.. its not a very good service we're getting, i agree.

Well they have stated they could either add more servers or wait till the 1.71 patch that was supposed to fix some lag issues. Well 1.71 is here now and it's W O R S E then ever!

A GM cant possible handle all the private PMs from people complaining about lag issues. So if any GMs are on i bet they are anonymeous.

What actually can be done is:

1. Post on european site about the lag and update the progress for trying to solve the issue. In this way people would be calmer cause atleast then we would know what is going on and what GOA is doing to solve it.

2. Compensation for people suffering for this lag, example, give 1 free playing month or something.

What pisses people off mostly, including me, is that there is no news about what this lag issue is about or what GOA are doing to solve it. So simple to update news about this issue on the europe website. This would aswell be clever from GOAs side cause i bet the mail spam would be reduced alot and also a lot of other spam from people and the most important one... people would considering staying and play this game if they got some sort of feedback continuesly from GOA.

As it is now there are some old news about the lag issue on the european site and it dont say much about the lag there... bad move from GOA, i actually thought GOA would be more clever considering issues like this!

Surely if it was opentransit it would have been fixed long before now, how long has this lag been going? 3..4 months? In any other country it would have been solved quickly as its costing GOA money due to loss of subscriptions. And arent Opentransit part of the same umbrella corp that goa/wanadoo are in?

Maybe its time to move the servers out of France into a country that is actually bothering to keep up with the rest of the world in networking/net stuff.

I think GOA just dont care anymore, if they did they would have fixed/got it fixed by now.

It's never a good sign when a company goes silent while the players get noisy.

Maybe they are weighing up the cost of fixing this problem against the return of revinue in the light of WoW.

The lag should get better over time, as more players leave.
