ATTENTION CS LPB's READ THIS!!!!

OK I found this over at CS Nation if you are lpb you need to make this change in your .cfg or type into console:

cl_lc 0


The default is 1, I did it and now I can actually get kills again and no more bullshit deaths. It still ain't beta 6 but this makes a BIG difference to the way the game will play.

Ohh yeah, hope this works....
Btw has anyone got the same problem as i, when i try and rapid fire my pistol, i get about 5 rounds into it and it halts, i don't know wtf it is, it seems to trip over itself.

The settings cl_lc and cl_lw can be set to 0 to alter play so it's more 'old style', you might want to set cl_lb to 0 as well. Pushlatency seems to cause problems if you're using cl_lc "1".

The updated UC & Savage Connection Guide's HalfLife section has information on useful network command along with settings for ISDN, Cable, ADSL, Modem, Wireless etc. Make sure you refresh the HalfLife page in the Game Specific Connection Tweaks section.
