Attempt to re-take Dun Bolg

Just a friendly advice to the Hibs that were trying to take Bolg back tonight.
You should have someone scouting the surroundings and if/when defenders come you should atleast tell your friends about it.
I managed to rush right in the middle of you guys and kill 5 casters before any of you even noticed that we were there.

I was there, but only a level 24 so not much help, although i worked over a troll with green facial hair ;-). My first RvR and quite fun hope for many more to come .

Was good fun gents - unfortunately there were'nt enough of us and for most of us (2nd keep raid here) it was a leanring experience.

It was very much an impromptu thing. You might have noticed that most of the usual names weren't there. We did have a bit of a shock when we noticed (after we trashed the guards) that there were god knows how many mids inside...

Ah well at least we didn't waste our ram parts

Well the Mids logged out inside the fort and played their alts apparantly. Thus explaining the quick defence.

btw/ What the hell happened with all the guards?? We must have killed about 20 of them and more where coming out while we where all dieing.

Have Mythic decided Thanes aren't as powerful as they'd hoped and allowed them to create underhill guards or something?

Yes, I had seen the midgard force bolstering keep defences, yes i had warned the approaching attack force, and yes despite my constant 'this is gonna be a masacre' comments they kept comming.

One thing I do not understand: while people know that sitting down makes them easy targets since everything hits them for tripple damage they still do. In middle of keep raid. In middle of yard. With SBs, hunters, skalds running all around. And what is most funny, it is almost every time MAGES, who are most vulnerable sitting down. Even if they have full mana. If i was a mage I would be standing up in combat mode all the time ffs

Well, because of the lack of ments, whenever i get killed I need a good rest to even get my mana to halfway (after whichregenning goes fast enough even when standing up). So I sit down. Not as if I'll give any RPs if I'd just been killed anyway.
