Attack speed test with Mercenary!

As we got a new kind of haste procc on toa weaponry I thought I do a test if I could cap attack speed easy with 4.2 spd mainhand. as albs lack celerity

When both haste had procced it became a nightmare even to try que styles.
excuse the low dmg by my merc is really thrust and used slashers

Enjoy.

1. I know its just a few styles.

1.4 second delay. In other words below capped attack speed.

Voila u got dual haste when your harpoon procs

I dont even swing offhand and its still just moving 1.x seconds between 2 final styles

meaning I cap with 4.2 spd :x

You cant style 10 times and say you go below the cap...
The cap is 1.5 and you cant break that. You need several hundres of swings to determine the exact swingtime, although my guess is you hit the 1.5 swingcap

Remember that you have to count in the delay after the last style as well.
Btw. It will be alot more accurate if you do 100 hits instead of 10

I think thats the apparently cap on cast speed also, thing is apparently you can break it with ToA items.

The hardcap at 1.5 swingspeed is really a hardcap, you cannot go under it, the cap for casttime is bugged or something, because you can go under it.

Just a little information.
It may appear as if you go below the hardcap of 1.5 with logs like these. Some grab bag explained it was due to latency between the server and client. So, even though your client sees it as a 1.0 swing speed, its just because the last hit lagged a little behind.
