ATi's 9500 Pros are undoubtedly amazing cards, especially considering their price tag. Consider yourself lucky, though, as the rumour mill states that ATi are considering phasing these cards out (and they have always been hard to get). So well done for getting hold of one Sadly I don't have Generals, otherwise I'd join you. You may wish to post in the Command & Conquer forums (that said, they do look somewhat deserted).

Just for those considering buying a 9500 Pro card in the future (and it's the 'Pro' version you should try and get), Tyan have just launched their own 9500 Pro card. Why so late? Well this version has a number of updated features. Most significantly, it can be overclocked straight out of the box, and it has a variable speed fan. This (like nVidia's 'FX Flow' system) adjusts the card's fan speed according to the strain on the card, so as to keep noise and power consumption to a minimum. There's even a built-in audible sound alarm if things really go wrong! The FiringSquad have a nice review, for those interested.

Whatever the manufacturer, though, these are truly fantastic cards considering the segment of the market they're aimed at.
