Hey,
I could activate AT at my lvl (39) But i couldnt equip it, i know its a lvl 40 arty, but it shouldnt matter does it? My traldors staff is orange to me, so should be lvl 45 or so. and that works fine.
Any1 can remember if they used AT before 40?.
i ask it here as its common to use AT in leirvik
