We finaly found how to kill the Guardian

First we killed the guards at one of the doors. With BG standing outside, a solo mincer went in and popped chests one by one. After eatch pop he ran out, healed by all clericks. The guard followed out but stopped in a short distance from door, and depopped. One of them didnt depopp and had to be zerged. When the Guardian popped,
We used a servant necro and pulled him to just outside the door, in the doorway. There we had healers healing the servant from outside, and out of range. Guardian killed himselfe by hitting the servant. The rest of the BG pulled away and killed guards as they repopped.

When we found the right way it was quite easy.
