anyone know what multiplier and frequency i need to be running at to get the correct speed of my cpu?

seems to think its a 1ghz at the moment

For the XP2800+ you need a 166fsb x 12.5 multiplyer.

your settings should be
12.5 x 166mhz = 2075
for a Barton 2800
