do any infil's ns's or sb's ever leave the TK unbuffed ?


ive got a L45 buffbot but last few weeks ive not been using it at all just porting over to emain an just runing out completly unbuffed its more of a achivement an challenge when fighting sure but its great to see how good you are completly unbuffed

so does anyone else run without buffs?

everytime ive grouped recently everyone's got a line of purple buff's

i've started usin a BB for last week coz i got fed up gettin battered by stealthers with bb's

if u cant beat em join em

still go out unbuffed most of the time tho - makes u think about it more to try n stay alive...

I'm using a lvl 39 enhance cleric for my buffing needs on my scout.
Mind you, the buffs do not help very much, it just evens out the playing field
Need to lvl the bot more, cause in 1.62 the caps will be gone, so it will make a slight difference if you have a lvl 50 bot or a lvl 36 bot.
But no solo class I know leaves the atk unbuffed, or otherwise it is a very fast /release back to Castle Sauvage.

never using bb, at least not when im v. solo or some person with BB is nice and buffs me, but im gonna make one due to the fact i wanna live the day thru and not die everytime i meet any rr infil etc

i solo unbuffed, but im not a stealther only a skald ;P

I got a buffbot cos i was tired of being ganked by pairs of unbuffed SBs. Of course now, obviously, I get ganked by pairs (pairs being a euphemism for FGs btw xD) of buffed SBs instead.

i get buffed up slightly by my bard but she wasnt meant to be a buffbot more of a farming bot

when i start the druid ill defo go out buffed up

as someone said here its more to lvl the playing field

playing unbuffed is cool, gotta have skill for it:

playing buffed is cool to, but easy

If I can get some buffs I will take them, but I often solo unbuffed too. Im not a fanatical anti-buffs person, but I also never take it seriously when im beaten by someone who is buffed.

you know, for all these people saying they go unbuffed, whenever I play an infil (50 and unbuffed), I'm always killed by someone buffed.

Hell, I even caught one stealther by surprise, PAd her, CD'd her, SS'd her, and pulled off a couple Garrotes on her, and she knocked me out in 4 hits max.

I'm only buffed when someone has free conc on their bot. It's suicide to leave the tk unbuffed..

I never having used a buffbot, i dont want to pay for a second account only to get more even with other (stealthed) classes. And Mythic/Goa will laugh about all those ppl buying a "buffbot" And ppl who like to solo and cannot affort or dont want to buy a "buffbot" wil leave the game. Buffbot is total inbalance of the game but no one will admit it (read friday news on daoc home)

Heh when people fight buffed the easy thing to do is also to fight buffed against them to win or at least win some of the time.
