can that other guy activate it with the right scrolls or does he/she have to do the belt encounter him/herself?

this works for people who say did 1 raid as a fg on the encounter and such only 1 person got the belt, another person could buy a belt later instead

but to activate it you must have completed the encounter

21/21 in 6days and 4artifacts activated
was hoping to get em all activated before i go boarding but nooooo
120+hours of mesed camping for cloack
4times no drop
1time ppl who didnt know it was an artimob dragged him to styg village and let him get killed my NPC's(was near to crying IRL)
2times drop , rolled 4 and 60 but to low
and last night he despawned or got pwnd by mau's before i was able to get a decent grp up :/

been reading tru several guides for this encounter, and alot of ppl saying its bugged as hell
the announcer is up and so is his first wave of champions
it seems that you need to wait in the arena till you see a broadmessage that he the fight is ready to commence
after he said that one grpmember needs to go talk to the announcer to start it
been spamtalking to the announcer and one of his champions and nothing actually happens
after 30minutes we left the spot because we had to attend some ML prereqs
i stayed abit longer waiting in the arena for something to happen but after 2hours still nuffin happens
the guides mention something about a mob spawning every hour for 10minutes but no one mentions what that mob has to do to the encounter
