Artifact stat changes in 1.81

- The Healer's Embrace now has 5% Cold, 5% Heat and 5% Energy resists.

it currently got 3x 3% if im not mistaken, will this change on existing level 10 artifacts, or will it be some hand it in fix, and recieve a new with stats, or getting a lvl 0 and have to level it again?

Has anyone got the new stats for Oglidarsh's Belt? I think i read that the STR cap increase is raised, but im having to troll covertly as my boss is wandering about on the prowl...

To be honest he maybe doing his crop-dusting round, where he wanders around the entire floor pumping out little air biscuits, so they don't all congregate in one place. He thinks we don't know, but he sounds like Ivor the Engine... :|
