Problem with this arti is that once it pops, you have to start the quest and pull it, otherwise someone else will turn up almost immediately and pull it themselves.

Of all the arti's around, this is currently the one that causes most arguments imo, even more-so than GoV nowadays.

I have the quest and I would really like the encounter
