Artifact credit levels

I am aware that the level needed for some artifacts have been lowered and i have noticed Vision of Sages is beccoming a little outdated..

just wondering if anyone knows a more up-to-date website or at leat the level needed for credit for the following artifacts;

Shades of Mist
Fools Bow
Golden Spear
Winged Helm
Golden Scarab Vest

I've heared that Scalars is 33.

You can get credit for all artis above 46, i know SoM is 46+ but have no idea about the others.

No it wasn't actually ... it was a very poor site. Ugly design and loads of outdated information.

It was pretty much the only site with he info though and therefor no-one complained ... but to call it a great site... notrly.

So all the changes after the start of ToA, are not there.

Eerie stone is wrong.
Lots of arti enc levels are wrong.
