Armsmen and Realm Abilities..

I know lots of people have been asking these types of questions, but anyway! I was wondering what you Armsmen will be getting. Seeing as I'm a bit silly, it's all a bit confusing to me, so basically, I want to be spoon-fed the answers, and now! <grins>

I've got some basics so far, which are;

Augmented Strength I
Augmented Constitution II
Augmented Dexterity II
Mastery of Blocking I (Yes, I know rubbishy on the frontier, but what can I say? I like my shield!)
Determination I
Mastery of Pain I

And I think that's it. Any suggestions?

Ignore pain sounded like it migh hurt, though, so I didn't get that right away.. I mean, you're hurt but just don't bother to notice it? Eek! But yes, I will buy ignore pain once I can afford it.
