Basically...if you could be bothered to quest (all you really need to do is the arawn quest and ogres might) you could cap pretty much everything. Only problem is, you don't have the bracer of shielding (from the SI bracer quest) by the looks of it. Anyways, here's mine...

This is not capping everything. 13% energy is just silly with all the PBAoE from chanters and eldritches to be honest.

Please someone say I suck, and show me better! :p

S/s characters should always get as high quick as possible imo.
1-handers do not frontload well. Getting slam off as fast as possible should be a priority for you as well.
So try and squeeze in a little more quickness.
