You can make better arms than the epic ones with 99 qua sleeves not bad though.

I mean mine are:

CON 22
DEX 16
SLASH 7%
CRUSH 7%

UV 53.3

Which imo is decent for 99 qua.

Don't forget SI is pretty close and have very nice quests for tank gear

eg a very nice cloak and 2 kickass bracers
this is my sc template(gem quality is subject to change tho, prob go for all 99% gems due to cost of MP)

eh, 99% gems are enough...100% gems = if you get one while rolling for 99%, yay, nothing more..

just did 4x 37/32 and that was E A S Y

get a 1001 skill SC'er, 99% gems, and do all items 5 point oc.

the calculator = wrong, VERY MUCH wrong

Like it says when imbuing. 70% penalty, further modified by your skill and item quality :O

never heard of a 37/32 blowing up with 99% gems, never
