Armour procs on Healer?

are ablatives really necessry on healer armour? or better off with charges on shield(shoot the baddies) and reactive DD's (disrupts) on other parts?

my SC template (in which i manage to cap my Qui, str, int, and char. As well as my Hammer/Shield skills) uses all dmg shield/buff charges, with an attack speed reproc on my vest.

but for some reason all the other healers like to use ablative procs (and/or the TG vest). What can i say, bunch of muppets, they'l come arround eventually.

lvl 1 staff, the cheapest one

as for procs, you never can be wrong with ablatives

7 ablatives, 6 armorparts and 1 for the shield.
