Armor Crafting

Hello mates

I had started to AC, and im 700 ac skills atm, and i know i can salavage now, witch might be the biggest part of my AC, but does anybody got a wepage/link, for a guide for Armor Crafters, on what level i can salavage what, and how big the difference is if i Salavage on 700 skills and on 900.
