Yesterday I was camping the winged helm for a friend, when a group came in and tried to do it, they kept comming even when I infomed them that it was camped, they died 4 / 5 times the same way.

Pulled the mob cleared the agro and they stole the drop and the encounter from us.

today, camping the bos, I killed all the protectors of light on the island, just to have 2 necros kill the last one then run in and grab the belt.

Is there anything that can be done to stop this kind of thing, I'm getting really really pissed off now.

Wings helm - No... afraid this is no such thing as camping an artifact, its just common curtesey between guilds as such, ie an unwritten rule, eg Dont Add on fair battles...... whoever pulls the mob, is engaging the mob, hence they get the artifact....

Protectors, well are those two necros in a guild...? speak to their GM and see if you can resolve the situation, alot of GMs will... considering this isnt exactly the Holy Grail of artifacts, I would say its the principle of them doing it, that would annoy me most....

If you feel they have broken a CoC, screenshot it and Rightnow the whole issue, if you take the time to do so, Im confident GOA will investigate and if they did break the rules, they will be punished... and thus you will be rewarded, with your own personal Holy Grail

However you havent exactly gone about it the right way, by posting on Forums, nothing will achieve from this, but Im happy you didnt post their names, as Flame wars inc... as one thing we dont need around christmas time, too many of them already about

If you need a hand, redoing the Protectors... Give me a shout

so basically nothing I can do about it. don't have much faith in rightnow or goa as they still haven't reset my mincers epic quest 1 year later, and countless rightnow tickets.

right now will sort it out if you can send in your chat buffer log they have done it for some peeps i know and it only took 2 days as well cant hirt to try
if you need a hand doing winged helm just pm me and ill duo it for you m8 and give you the artie

ps as a note camping dont give you the ecounter the only thing that dose is getting the 1st hit and at least 1person in the grp staying alive if the full grp wipes out and you then take it your not braking CoC (as far as i can tell ne way how ever i could be wrong) but expect them to be more than a little pissed of if you do it in front of them

Do feel for you but unless you touched the last mob before them, then there is nothing you can do Some people just have no respect and them people will never get respect in return.

I do think it is sad camping an Arti but this is what the game has come to and we have to live with it as it will never change. Casual gamers have no chance any more, all we can do is wait for WoW.

There have been alot of problems with Artifacts that can be "pulled" from a large area i.e. BoS/BoM cuz u can actually have 2 grps doing it without em finding each other at the near end and thats when the argument start taking place (sigh) and i thats when u wish u were on a PvP server

Thats not true tbh... i have checkt gov for 3 days an 2 of the days it was up an not campet an it was not even in the night... so not true casual players dont got a chance anymore tbh...
