Arghhh Virus

My system32.exe file has a virus and when I try and clean it, it says that It can't as it says it's in use, WHAT DO I DO?

Try rebooting, then run the virus scanner as soon as you start up.

Run a Virus Scan rescue disk.

E.g. the Norton installation CD has a rescue boot that scans the computer instead of loading windows, therefore there are no files in use.
