Argggg Help Meh ! (Sorc temp)

ok , i been trying to make new sorc temp , With at least Naliah Robe , AT , CTR, Sorc Staff.

Now what i dont want in it is CS//Gov//Soot tainted boots ( To hard to farm and to damm expencive).

Atm this is what i have come up with (Tho NO Scing has been done , been trying to get a few of the vital stats put in before i do scing part , yet i always seem to just drop short of something i think i rly need . Like cast speed / range / cap increase etc)
